Originally from Los Angeles California, Ivan made Colorado his home back in 2006. Ivan’s background in the restaurant industry allowed him to sharpen his communication skills, as well as to develop a love for catering and taking care of people’s most important needs. His passion for helping others and making an impact has always been an important value in his life. In 2019, he earned an Associates yof Arts in Business and decided to apply his values and skills to real estate. Today, he is a real estate agent/investor who has helped numerous families and investors meet their real estate needs. With a passion for helping others reach their goals and overall success, Ivan is always ready to go above and beyond for the ones that grant him the opportunity to help.
